In Sage X3, we may come across a scenario where we want to enable VAT no. in the BPs screen.\u00a0This functionality can be achieved by the following steps:<\/p>\n

Navigate to:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Common Data \u2192 BPs \u2192 Bps<\/p>\n

In this screen, when you try to create a new BP then you will see that EU Vat No. Field\u00a0is disabled.<\/p>\n

To overcome this,<\/p>\n

Navigate to : <\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Common data ->\u00a0 Common tables -> Countries<\/p>\n

Refer below screenshot:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Select the country for which you have to enable this field then tick on the check box button of\u00a0 VAT Format field which will get reflect on the\u00a0 BPs screen.<\/p>\n

Now again if you try to create the BP, you will see that EU VAT no. The field is enabled.<\/p>\n
