In Sage X3, we may come across a scenario where we need to link unallocated Sales orders to Purchase orders. To solve this functionality:<\/p>\n

Create a sales order, make sure that the product which is used is not allocated or linked to any stock.<\/p>\n

Navigate to Stock \u2192 Assignment \u2192 Assignment workbench<\/p>\n

Step1<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

To select any sales order,<\/p>\n

Click on 1st<\/sup> column of the order, once selected you can see a forward arrow symbol.<\/p>\n

Step2<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n

To link the sales order with purchase order,<\/p>\n

Click on 2nd column of the order, once selected you can see a clipped symbol.<\/p>\n

Once linked you can see the linked entry in the assignment window.<\/p>\n
