You may come across a scenario where you want to modify the Delivered quantity after delivery validation. Sage X3 have a special feature to achieve this functionality. Follow below steps to achieve this feature:<\/p>\n

Navigate<\/strong> to Sales -> Deliveries -> Deliveries<\/p>\n

Create a delivery and do the validation of it. Now when you try to change the delivered quantity, the system does not allow you to do it. Refer below screenshot.<\/p>\n

To overcome this situation, click on action button of the line and then click on \u201cQuantity Change\u201d.<\/p>\n

After clicking on action button below screen will display.<\/p>\n

Enter the delivery qty you want to ship as shown above screenshot and click on save button.<\/p>\n

After changing, qty delivered qty is updated on sales delivery screen. (see below screenshot)<\/p>\n

This way we can modify the delivered qty.<\/p>\n
