Often it is required that a Sales invoice is printed before posting. However, it is not mandatory in Sage X3 by default. So, if you want to make the printing of Invoices mandatory before posting then following are the steps to do so:
\n1. Go to \u2018Parameters <\/strong>-> General parameters <\/strong>-> Parameter values<\/strong>\u2019.
\n2. Select the TC from the Parameter Value left list.
\n\"\"<\/a>3. Right click on \u2018INV\u2019 group and select the \u2018Detail\u2019 option.
\n4. Locate \u2018SIVCFM\u2019 parameter and set its value to \u2018Yes\u2019.
\n\"\"<\/a>5. Now Click OK and finally click on \u2018Save\u2019.
\nThat\u2019s it and now the \u2018Post\u2019 button on the Sales invoice screen will be disabled until the Invoice has been printed.
