In Sage Enterprise Management, we may come across a scenario where a user wants to enter dimensions value in the payment screen, but the system is not allowing it. This functionality can be achieved by the following steps:<\/p>\n

Navigate to:<\/strong> AP\/AR accounting \u2192 Payments \u2192 Payment\/Receipt entry
\nNow select any payment type, let us take a Payment Cash type.
\nIn the below screenshot, the system is not allowing us to enter the value in the Project dimension and Sales Rep dimension.<\/p>\n

Now to solve this, do below steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Define Project and Sales Rep Dimensions at the site level.<\/li>\n
  2. Define Project and Sales Rep Dimensions against the BP which user used for the transaction.<\/li>\n
  3. Define Dimensions against required account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
