This functionality can be achieved by the following steps:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Navigate to:<\/em><\/strong> Customer Relation \u2192 Customer Support \u2192 Service Request<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Now create the new service request, but while creating that make sure it&#8217;s <strong>ASSIGNMENT<\/strong> is set as <strong>&#8216;Employee&#8217;, &#8216;Queue&#8217; etc<\/strong> but it shouldn&#8217;t be set as &#8216;Despatching&#8217;.
