Follow the below steps, to solve this:<\/p>\n

- Step 1: Go to customer screen which we used in the sales order screen. Suppose ‘AO001’.<\/li>\n
- Step 2: Go to commercial tab.<\/li>\n
- Step 3. Ticked the checkbox of ‘Allow order close’ field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
