In this blog, we will see an alternate method to upgrade a patch level in Sage X3 version 12. It provides an easy way of patch upgradation. In this case, we are going to upgrade the patch from 14 to 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login in Sage X3 with X3 folder and then <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to: Administrator > Utilities > Update > Updates<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refer the below screenshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After clicking on updates screen user will see the below screen. Select \u201cAdd an update\u201d option from the action button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After clicking on \u201cAdd an update\u201d button user will see the below screen. On this screen user needs to do two things:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Select a zip file which contains a patch(It\ncontains below folders)
    1. DELIVERY<\/li><\/ol>
      1. DIVPATCH<\/li><\/ol>
        1. DIVVTB<\/li><\/ol>
          1. FILPATCHA<\/li><\/ol>
            1. FILPATCHB<\/li><\/ol>
              1. HOTFIX<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
