Movement Type, Authorized Status and Analysis Required columns<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n - From the Movement Type <\/strong>column drop down select the transaction name as-
- Miscellaneous Receipt<\/li><\/ul>
- Supplier Receipt<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- From the Authorized Status <\/strong>column select the desired status from the\ndropdown. Where \u2018A\u2019<\/strong> stands for\nAccepted, \u2018Q\u2019<\/strong> for Quality Control\nand \u2018R\u2019<\/strong> for Rejected. Besides \u2018A+R\u2019<\/strong>, \u2018A+Q+R\u2019<\/strong>, etc. denotes the combination of different status.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- The status selected in Default Status <\/strong>column will be auto-fetched in Purchase Receipts transaction respectively.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- In the Analysis Request<\/strong> column select either of Yes\/No, to enable\ngeneration of Analysis request after any of the Receipt transaction.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
