- Navigation Steps<\/strong>– Setup >Financials > Accounting Forms> Financial Data Extraction> NOLIMIT 99 columns maximum.
Now the account roots fields are not editable.<\/li>- Select the respective Financial Data Extraction from the left list and Click on Line tab.<\/strong><\/li>
- Click on action button on the desired row and click on Add. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/center>\nReporting Code<\/i><\/font><\/center>\n\n\n\n These fields will fetch\ndata automatically while doing report extraction activity from all the accounts\nwhich are tagged with CIH reporting code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are two scenarios\nwhich would require Summation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Taking\nsum of accounts<\/li>
- Taking\nsum of groups and subgroups<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
- For taking sum of accounts go to the action button on the totals row, click on Add.<\/li>
- Now select \u201cSum of cells\u201d option from Formula type.<\/strong> <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

<\/a><\/center>\nFinancial Data Extraction-Sum Of Cells<\/i><\/font><\/center>\n\n\n\n - Select the Extraction Name, the Start line and the End line from the Account Line tab and Press OK.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
This would sum all the accounts present in the\nselected Line range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Note- <\/strong>For summation of individual rows. Enter the line numbers with a space between each line number as: – L10 L16 L25 which will give the sum of the individual rows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
