In Sage X3<\/a>, we may come across the error “read econnreset” while invoking subprogram-based standard web service ‘AOWSIMPORT’ using a third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cause:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is due to the value of the clbfile I_FILE is set to 0. Refer the below figure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Follow\nthe steps given below to solve this error:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate\nTo<\/strong>:\nAll > Development > Script Dictionary > Webservice \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Choose\n\tAOWSIMPORT\n\t<\/strong>from\n\tthe left menu\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Go\n\tto the Mapping\n\t<\/strong>tab\n\tand locate I_FILE<\/strong>\n\t<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Increase\n\tthe length\n\t<\/strong>value\n\tto 8.(example:\n\t8 = (512*(2^8)-2) =131,070 characters)\n\t\n\t\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In<\/em> this way, we can solve the ” Read ECONNRESET” web service error while using <\/em>AOWSIMPORT standard sub-programmed web service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In this way we can solve the web service error \u201cread ECONNRESET\u201d while using AOWSIMPORT standard subprogram-based web service by changing the length of I_FILE. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
