We can add a new\nLanguage in X3 by using following steps. Let\u2019s consider the new\nlanguage as \u2018Chinese Traditional language\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 1:<\/strong> Switch to X3<\/strong> Folder. Navigate Development -> Data and parameters -> Local Menu-messages<\/strong>. Add a new Local Menu message in (Chapter 201) for Chinese Traditional language as shown in below screenshot and save the Local menu message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n STEP 2:<\/strong> Navigate Common data -> Common tables -> Languages. <\/strong>Find the Chinese Traditional language in the list of languages and open the drop-down list for Conversion<\/strong> field, we can see the previously added local menu i.e. (Chinese Traditional) can be seen. Select the Conversion as Chinese Traditional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Also, set fields Standard<\/strong> and Connection Language<\/strong> as \u2018Yes\u2019, as shown in below screenshot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n STEP 3:<\/strong> Navigate Administration -> Administration -> Settings -> Locales<\/strong>.
