In which, goods are returned to the supplier if\nthey had any defects or not according to the specifications of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Sage X3, while creating Purchase Return we may come across an error like &#8216;The quantity to be returned exceeds the maximum authorized: 0 UN&#8217;. For solving this , X3 has a functionality to enable this field . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Navigate to:<\/em><\/strong> Purchasing \u2192 Returns \u2192 Purchase Returns<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>As we can see in the above screen, after entering the quantity this error\nmessage is coming and&nbsp; system is not\nallowing to move further. Now, follow below steps to resolve this error:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step1: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Navigate\nto:<\/em><\/strong> Common Data \u2192 Product \u2192&nbsp; Product Categories \u2192 Issue Flow tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>First select the product category in&nbsp;\nwhich your product is defined.
