To keep the context simple and clear we avoided the core technicalities including parameterization required for the workflow to work. So, in this blog, we will be exploring the various parameters that can be used to configure the workflow as desired.<\/p>\n<p>The workflow parameters can be found at<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parameters <\/strong><strong>-&gt;<\/strong><strong> General Parameters <\/strong><strong>-&gt;<\/strong><strong> Parameter Values.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Here, select the Supervisor \u201cSUP\u201d folder and Workflow \u201cWRK\u201d.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/1_Param.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-2182\" title=\"Parameter Values\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/1_Param.png\" alt=\"Parameter Values\" width=\"600\" height=\"487\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nFollowing are some of the important parameters and their descriptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>SERMES <\/strong>\u2013 We can specify the SMTP server Hostname or IP address here. This server will then be used to send workflow email notifications. This field can be left blank if the local email client is to be used to send workflow emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TRAMEL <\/strong>\u2013 This parameter determines whether workflow logs are to be enabled or disabled.<\/li>\n<li><strong>TYPMES <\/strong>\u2013 This parameter determines the default email sending mechanism. The possible options are:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Server: <\/strong>Choose this option if SMTP Server is to be used to send workflow emails. SMTP server Hostname or the IP address must be specified the in the <strong>SERMES <\/strong>parameter.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Client: <\/strong>Choose this option if the local email client (e.g. Outlook mail client) credentials are to be used to send the workflow emails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>WRKRMTDIR <\/strong>\u2013 We need to specify the WORKFLOW directory path that on the web server.
