This help overall business to track in an out of the stock. In our last blog we have shown you how we have developed rejection label. This blog will help you to understand another label which is Approved Label. Whenever a company manufactured or procured some inventory from suppliers, company has to do quality process for those inventory before selling it further. So using Quality control module in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/erp-development\/sage-x3\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/erp-development\/sage-x3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sage X3<\/a>, users actually does the quality check of the inventory and segregate the stock based on the parameters. So the stock which gets approved, user apply the label which is called as Approved label where data is getting displayed from the Quality Analysis request entry of the Quality Control and PO receipt screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refer below identification code for product status)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u201cA \u201cindicates acceptance status for the product.<\/li><li>\u201cQ \u201cindicates pending validation status for the product.<\/li><li>\u201cR \u201cindicates the Rejection status for the product.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Approved Labels will be displayed based on the Qty present in the \u201cQuantity Qualified PAC\u201d field of Quality Control screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now let&#8217;s see how the data will be displayed from Purchase Receipt and Quality Control screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to setup, once the user creates a Receipt entry from the PO with the status \u201cQ\u201d then only the Analysis request gets created automatically. (Refer below screenshot for more Clarification)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/2021\/04\/22\/to-design-the-screen-with-the-responsive-screen\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/2021\/04\/22\/to-design-the-screen-with-the-responsive-screen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">To Design the screen with the responsive screen<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Quality-Control-Screen.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px; align: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Quality-Control-Screen.jpg\" alt=\"Quality Control Screen\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>Quality Control Screen<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p>If you can see in the above screenshot, in the Quality control screen, the Analysis request has been created successfully based on the Purchase Receipt entry also we have highlighted the same Receipt number with the blue Border and the Analysis request with the Red Border for your reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now as per the current client\u2019s requirement, the \u201cApproved label\u201d should be printed based on the Qty Present in the \u201cQuantity Qualified PAC\u201d field from the detail line -&gt; Enter Quality Control Detail -&gt; Quantity Qualified PAC field , if 10 Qty is present in the \u201cQuantity Qualified PAC\u201d field then as per the qty 10 labels will be printed respectively for each Product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And Approved Qty will be displayed based on the qty entered in the \u201cQuantity Qualified STK\u201d field in the Quality Control screen.
