The new version of Sage X3 is been released now i.e.\u00a0 Sage X3 2021 R3 patch 27 and with this sage has released the new enhancement in the sage X3 application which will make user friendly handling.<\/p>\n

In this blog we will see new filter added in Bank reconciliation report which will help user to generate the past reconciliation data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we all know the reconciliation statement helps identify differences between the bank balance and book balance, in order to process necessary adjustments or corrections. Generate the bank reconciliation statement as per the date is important for user as bank reconciliation statement is a document that compares the cash balance on a company\u2019s balance sheet to the corresponding amount on its bank statement. Reconciling the two accounts helps identify whether accounting changes are needed. Bank reconciliations are completed at regular intervals to ensure that the company\u2019s cash records are correct.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By considering all this importance sage x3 added Reconciliation Date field in the Bank reconciliation report so that user will generate the bank reconciliation statement as per the particular date or user can generate the report for the past date to check the old data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Reports >> Report >> Open Banking Reconciliation report i.e. RAPPRO report<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here you can see addition filter added i.e. Reconciliation Date. Check below screenshot for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

In the previous version of sage X3 there were no reconciliation date was present while generating the report so it was very difficult to find out the statement as per particular reconciliation date. As we know Reconciliation Date is the Business Day immediately preceding each Settlement Date so it is very important to display that date in a statement as well.<\/p>\n\n\n
