We have installed Sage X3 v6.2 and it was successfully installed. Now when we are importing a test folder we get an error message during the “Srf files generation” stage.<\/p>\n

The ERROR is mentioned below;
\nCould not launch file C:\\Sage\\SAGEERPX3V6\\X3V6\\Folders\\TESTOWE\\SVG\\srf-gen.cmd (LibAdmAdonix.CreateSrfFiles)
\n2011-10-04 11:22:49 : FATAL – configuration aborted
\n2011-10-04 11:22:49 : FATAL – ERR_TIMEOUT<\/p>\n

The file srf-gen.cmd is available in the specified folder, and all the Windows\/user privileges are having the administrative privileges.<\/p>\n

We have tried to find out the cause of the issue and finally found the same. The main reason of the problem was the machine low performance.<\/p>\n

Changing the Sage X3 console setting: \u201cconfig.global.comm.timeout.short to 1000000<\/strong>\u201d (tenfold) solved the issue.
