It acts as a contract between the company and its customers\/Supplier for the supply of goods or services. In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/erp-development\/sage-x3\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/product\/erp-development\/sage-x3\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sage X3<\/a>, users usually input the Terms and conditions in the \u2018comments\u2019 section in every screen and also needs to be captured at report level. But terms and conditions can be input at custom fields of the screens But it is not always the case and it can be at input and stored at other fields as well. what if the client wants to capture the Terms and Conditions to be Dynamic and based on the selection at screen level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this blog we&#8217;ll see how we can handle Business terms dynamically. To create the dynamic Terms and Conditions we will be using the Local Menus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow the below steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong> Create local menus of all dynamic terms and conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here we are creating a Local Menu for Mode of Payment.<br>To create a local menu navigate to Development &#8211; &gt; Data and Parameters -&gt; Local Menus.<br>Click on New and create the local menu as mentioned in the below screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Stuff:<\/strong> <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/2021\/09\/30\/how-to-flow-data-in-a-column-of-inquiry-screens\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/2021\/09\/30\/how-to-flow-data-in-a-column-of-inquiry-screens\/\" target=\"_blank\">How to flow data in a column of Inquiry Screens<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Local-Menu-1024x666.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Local-Menu-1024x666.png\" alt=\"[Local Menu]\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>[Local Menu]<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong> After Creating the local menus add the local menus on the screen and at the table level of the particular screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Navigate to Development &#8211; &gt; Script Dictionary -&gt; Windows -&gt; OPOH<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jump to POH1 screen. Create a new block. Here we have created a new block with the name of Terms and Condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<center><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Dictionary-of-POH1-Blocks-1024x663.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\nalign: center;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Dictionary-of-POH1-Blocks-1024x663.png\" alt=\"[Screen Dictionary of POH1 (Blocks)]\"><\/a><\/center>\n<font size=\"2\"><center>[Screen Dictionary of POH1 (Blocks)]<\/center><\/font>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Add the local menu in the Table.<br>Here we have added the local menu in the PORDER. Add the table field in the table and mention the data type as M and the local menu number.
