Sage X3 offers a feature which adds some additional elements while determining the Sales Price. The additional elements corresponding to the factors such as Royalty, Rebate, Freight, Discounts etc\u2026<\/p>\n

While we define this within the price structure, all these structures are added as columns within the Invoice line along with the Sales Price. There are maximum 9 columns allowed to be added as a structured price.<\/p>\n

This parameter is defined under the Parameters; please check the menu tree listed below:

\n\"\"<\/a>This function acts as the second major stage in the customer price list parameterization cycle.<\/p>\n

In the sales transaction, the user is asked to enter, for each line, the quantity and a unitary price. But it is also possible to define for the line other values such as discounts and charges.<\/p>\n

These different values (that can be entered on the line or allocated by the parameterized price lists) must allow the calculation of the following elements:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. The net price for the line. This price is stored in the invoice line notably and corresponds to the amount that will be posted to the sales account.<\/li>\n
  2. Certain amounts are\u00a0totaled\u00a0in the invoice footer, before being posted separately (and do not form part of the net price on the line).<\/li>\n
  3. The objective of this function is thus to define these columns to the price list management and the associated calculation rules. In other words, to determine the commercial conditions that will be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
