As shown in Figure 5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n Groups:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Groups contain the drill-down structure of the View <\/strong>and the visual order of the Fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Pivots:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Pivots create a series of column values based on the selected Fieldsplaced under dis section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Columns:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Columns contain the list of Fieldsrepresented in the view that are not grouped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Organizeris accessed from the Worksheet Properties menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 1.In the Settingsmenu (right panel), click on and select Groups\/Columns\/Pivots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 2.
