In Sage X3<\/a>, while importing data through one of the custom import templates we came across an error of \u201cNon-blocking difference Error format ZDEPCODE K:20B\u201d in the log:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll be referencing the following screen from Sage X3 for this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Import\/Export template: All -> Setup\/Parameters -> Usage -> Import\/Export template (GESAOE)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refer the screenshots for reference:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-Below shown in Fig. 1 are the template fields showing ZDEPCODE that was meant for importing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-We found the issue was caused by an attempt to import the data via \u201c.txt\u201d text file format. Whereas when importing through no file extension (UNIX file format) the data was successfully imported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

-So after some finding it was observed that on the Import\/Export template screen for record separator field the code was as shown in Fig. 2 and upon changing it as shown in Fig. 3 the issue got resolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, by changing the value of the \u201cRecord Separator\u201d, we can solve the error \u2013 \u201cError \u201cNon-blocking difference Error format ZDEPCODE K:20B\u201d in Sage X3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
