The sales order captures details of the items or services requested by the customer, including quantities, prices, delivery dates, shipping information, and other relevant terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Access the sales order using the following path:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All -&gt; Sales -&gt; Orders -&gt; Orders<\/li><li>Open the sales order screen and input the data as shown in figure 1.1.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"a\"><li><strong>Sales site<\/strong> : AO011<\/li><li><strong>Sold-to<\/strong> : AO021<\/li><li><strong>Shipment site<\/strong> : AO011<\/li><li><strong>Product <\/strong>: BMS015<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Step 2 <\/u><\/strong>: The error will only occur if the reception site is not linekd to the product you&#8217;ve entered, as shown in figure 1.2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon entering the product and site, an error message will be generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is where you can locate the Reception site: AO021 and the Product: BMS015.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Reception site :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In Sage X3, the term &#8220;reception&#8221; typically refers to the process of receiving goods or items into inventory.
