- Enter table details and fields to be exported. You need to make sure that there should not be \u201c\/\u201d separator in Fields section as highlighted below. Otherwise you will get below error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

- Click on Create to create template<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Now, you need to export the sales order using the template ZSOH as created above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Navigate to Usage > Usage > Import\/Exports > Export.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select template \u201cZSOH\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Enter sales order number to be exported and click on OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

- You will get the data exported in a desired manner. Refer below screenshot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, you can export the data with fields\u2019 headers. For that, you need to select file type as \u201cWith headers\u201d as follows.<\/p>\n\n\n

Now, when you will export the sales order, you will get file with the fields having headers as field descriptions from respective tables in below format.<\/p>\n\n\n

Thus, we can export data in a flat file format with fields having headers and tab separated manner too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
