This blog refers to the scenario where we would find out how to add components such as Destinations, Inquiry screens and Database Mass Update while creating a patch. Follow to the below steps to add the mentioned components while creating a patch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Destinations:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the below path to access Patch creation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigation Pages > Development > Utilities > Patches > Patch Creation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we would consider ‘FILE’<\/strong> which would provide the output in PDF format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill the details as below into the shown fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type:<\/strong> AIM<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Object Name:<\/strong> COD=’FILE’<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Inquiry Screens:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to the below path to access Patch creation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, we would consider ‘Stock by Site’<\/strong> with Inquiry code SFC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fill the details as below into the shown fields:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Type:<\/strong> GTC<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Object Name:<\/strong> CNSCOD=’SFC’ & COD=’STD’<\/p>\n\n\n\n
