padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\"src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LeadsFilterFig4.png\" alt=\"Leads Filter\" class=\"wp-image-29547\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong>Fig04: Leads Filter<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These details manipulate data as per changes made on screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using a single window, it is possible to identify or search for a BP or contact record based on the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a BP search, the following can be used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The start or the entire company name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The start or all of the post code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The start or all of the town\/city name where the BP is located<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to filter the BPs depending on their address by default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For a BP search, the following can be used:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The start or all of the words making up the surname of the contact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The start or all of the words making up the first name of the contact<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of these criteria can be used in an independent fashion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the case of BPs, each of the three BP selection criteria can be used in combination with another.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the case of the contacts, the two Contact criteria can be used in combination.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>From the Search results grid, it is possible by using the contextual menus to view the History or Customer base for the selected BP or Contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This can be traced as shown in figure below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><imgtarget=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"142\" class=\"size-full\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9;
