If the Quality Control (QC) has not been completed for a particular GRN, the system should either “Restrict the GRN report from being printed” or “Allow the GRN report to be printed, but with blank content,” clearly indicating that QC has not been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This measure will help ensure users are aware of pending quality checks and prevent unintentional use or processing of materials before QC approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to this requirement, First user creates a Goods Receipt Note (GRN) entry with required details as shown in the screenshot below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
