We investigated the functionality to understand the root cause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signature Management (Approval Workflow) is an important feature in Sage X3, especially for maintaining accuracy and control in the Procurement and Inventory Management processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many cases, the user who creates the Purchase Order may enter incorrect information. The approver then rejects the PO. After rejection, the system automatically closes the Purchase Order.
