In X3 we often use the field help by pressing the F1 function key. We can add the same functionality on new customized screens. <\/b><\/p>\n

There are certain standard field documentation associated with X3. This field documentation is nothing but the predefine help files. This help files are already associated with the standard X3 screen\u2019s fields. For example the below screen is the help document of customer field of Customer\u2019s screen.<\/p>\n

The highlighted text is nothing but the keyword of the respective field help. Refer to the below screen shot\"HelpFile-2\"<\/a>On adding the keyword \u201cBCGCOD\u201d to your customized field will add the help file associate with the standard Customer field on Customer\u2019s screen. We can also go to the field documentation screen either by two ways. First is by clicking on \u201cHelp Management\u201d button as shown in screen shot above. Secondly you can just navigate to the given path:<\/p>\n

The file documentation gives you the option to select different help parameters as per your requirement under the \u201cStandard Help\u201d left list browser.<\/p>\n
