Nowadays as we all know that the integration of ERP with a third-party system is booming and we can pull or put the data from\\to ERP. The same way Sage X3 allows moving the data to-and-fro between the two systems using the web services or Java Bridge etc.<\/p>\n

But some day\u2019s back we got stuck into a problem wherein we were trying to put back details information in Sage X3 which has a large number of lines, but Sage X3 was not allowing us to put it back. We wondered what may be the cause for it and try to replicate the scenario with some lower numbers and we found the data was updated for range and once we cross the range it stopped working.<\/p>\n

Let\u2019s go with an example, we have added a tab in sales order screen to pull and display the information from the third-party system and we’re trying to display it in tabular form. The problem was that once the number of records for the detail line crosses the number 15, it failed to update them.<\/p>\n

After doing a lot of brainstorming we found that mere changing settings in Sage X3 console help.<\/p>\n

Open the X3 console and select Web servers and then click Web services (refer below screenshot)<\/p>\n

Select the pool and change the pool def.maxsize to set the maximum limit up to which you want to import the data. Refer below screenshot, where we have changed it to 50 from 15.<\/p>\n

You are now done with your setting in a console and can put that much number of lines in X3 that you want to import.<\/p>\n
