The sampling process is carried out during the quality control process. Suppose we receive the product \u2018RAC1\u2019 (as displayed above) with Quantity 1000. While performing the quality control process, we can enter the Sampling details by clicking on the \u2018Sampling Entry\u2019 option which can be accessed by right click on the detail line (Refer screenshot below)<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/p>\nSince quantity = 1000, the sample quantity that need to undergo the QC process is routinely calculated using ISO standard as 80. AQL being 2.5, the rejection size is obtained as 5 which imply the following:<\/p>\n

- If more than 5 quantities in the sample are found to be defective then the function will automatically reject the entire lot of 1000 product.<\/li>\n
- If the number of defective quantities is Less than or equal to 5 then all the products are accepted into the Inventory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
