In the Sage X3 customization or implementation, we may come across the scenarios where we need to change the dimension of statistical group i.e. change the number of statistical group fields which are displayed on the screen.<\/p>\n

Sage X3 provides the simple way to change the dimensions of the statistical group through small folder level setting.<\/p>\n

Follow the below steps for changing the statistical group dimension:<\/p>\n

  1. Login to X3, you must log in to X3 folder to change the folder setting as these changes will not affect unless and until we validate the folder.<\/li>\n
  2. Navigate through Setup > General Parameters > Folders<\/span><\/i> <\/strong>and go to Screen tab. You will get below screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. As you can see from the above screen that there were many a function code are listed, among the above list just choose the specific code for which we want to change the dimension e.g. for Product Statistical<\/b> Group code is STI<\/b>, for Customer Statistical<\/b> Group is STC <\/b>etc..<\/li>\n
    2. Just change the dimension value in the Screen Dim. Column and Save<\/b> the setting. In the above screen shot, I have changed the dimension value for Customer Statistical group from 3 to 5.<\/li>\n
    3. Do the folder validation.<\/li>\n
    4. Now if I go to the customer screen it will show all 5 statistical groups as shown in below screen shot.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
