You may come across a situation where you want to add the search criteria to a Graphical requester window. Sage ERP X3 has a special in-built feature to address the issue.<\/p>\n

Follow below instructions to add search criteria to the graphical requester.<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong> Go to Setup> Usage> Reports> Graphical requester<\/p>\n

You will find the graphical requester screen shown below.<\/p>\n

\"img1\"<\/a>Step 2:<\/strong> Click New Menu<\/strong> button to create a new graphical requester. You will find that \u201cCreate\u201d button is enabled to create a new graphical requester (shown below),<\/p>\n

\"img2\"<\/a>Assign Code and Title to the Graphical requester as shown above.<\/p>\n

Then, check the Active check box to enable the Graphical requester.<\/p>\n

Add two tables, Products [ITMMASTER] and Customer Product [ITMBPC] to the Graphical requester. Then add fields to the requester to show graphical requester reports as shown in above screen shot. Click on create button and the Graphical requester will be created. To validate the Graphical requester, click on Validate button.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> After validating the Graphical requester, click on Run button. You will find the below screen.<\/p>\n

\"img3\"<\/a>You will see the list of products and their customers respectively. If you do not find any data, then click on \u201cSearch\u201d button. Now, Criteria button is disabled because you have not added any filtration criteria to the Graphical requester.<\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong> Close the Graphical requester and go to window as shown in step 2. If you want to add filtration on Product and Customer fields, then click on the Field boundary button as shown below.<\/p>\n

\"img4\"<\/a>Once you click on Field boundary button and click on save<\/strong> button, it will add filtration criteria to the graphical requester.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong> Now again you have to click on Run button and then click on Criteria button. You will find below screen.<\/p>\n

Step 6:<\/strong> Enter the product range and customer range that you want filtered in criteria window and press OK. You will find the filtered data.<\/p>\n
