You may come across the situation, where you want to define central attachment path.<\/p>\n

Sage X3 has special settings to set the central attachment path to keep the files centrally.<\/p>\n

To set the central attachment path, follow the steps:<\/p>\n

Step 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Go to, Setup –>General Parameters–> Parameter values<\/p>\n

Step 2: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Go to CRM (Customer Relation) node and then Folder sub node and your respected folder. And go to Calls (CAL) Option as shown below.<\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Right click on \u201cCalls\u201d option and then go to Detail menu. You will find one parameter window. Then change the \u201cType of call done\/default (CLLTYPDEF)\u201d value as shown below,<\/p>\n

After the above activity, press ok and save the data. Close the X3 and again open to effect the changes.<\/p>\n
