There may be scenario in which you have to create a task but don\u2019t want to synchronize it; to achieve this you can update the flag DONDEFTSK.This parameter transforms the status of the tasks from “To be executed” to “Execute” if set as \u2018YES\u2019. This modification mainly leads to the disappearance of the task from the sales representative’s workbench.<\/p>\n

Kindly follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

Navigate to Setup>General parameters>Parameter values<\/span> under \u2018CRM\u2019 chapter right click on it and select \u2018Detail\u2019<\/p>\n

Now set the value of the field DONDEFTSK to \u2018YES\u2019, refer to the below screen shot.<\/p>\n
