Sage X3 have a feature to deletes all the lots in the folder where the quantity is zero and where no movement has been carried out.<\/p>\n

This process can be carried out either directly, in simulation mode or in Batch mode.<\/p>\n

To successfully bring this functionality follow below steps.<\/p>\n

Navigate to: Setup > General Parameters > Parameter value<\/p>\n

  1. Enter the value in MARPURLOT parameter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Navigate to: Inventory > Periodic processing> Purge > Zero Lots<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. Select the date<\/li>\n
      2. Click on OK button<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        System will delete the lot by calculating mentioned formula \u201cspecified date minus the value in month of the MARPURLOT\u201d, If this setup is not defined or its value is null It will not be possible to purge the null lots from less than 12 months<\/p>\n
