{"id":8125,"date":"2016-01-04T05:58:05","date_gmt":"2016-01-04T05:58:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/?p=8125"},"modified":"2021-08-04T06:17:15","modified_gmt":"2021-08-04T06:17:15","slug":"how-to-disallow-user-to-unblock-an-order","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/2016\/01\/04\/how-to-disallow-user-to-unblock-an-order\/","title":{"rendered":"How to disallow user to unblock an order?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sage X3 has a parameter which can be used to disallow a particular user with the rights to unlock an order which has been put on hold manually or whose credit status is blocked.<\/p>\n<p><strong>To disable a particular user to unblock sales order, please follow the following steps: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><u>Step 1<\/u>:\u00a0Go to Setup &gt;General Parameters&gt;Parameter values<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-8129\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/1.jpg\" alt=\"disallow user to unblock an order\" width=\"500\" height=\"31\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Step 2<\/u>: Go to Sales node and then Folder sub node and your respected folder. And go to Authorizations option as shown below.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full aligncenter\" style=\"border: 1px solid #A9A9A9; padding: 2px; margin: 2px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2.jpg\" alt=\"disallow user to unblock an order\" width=\"419\" height=\"292\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>Step 3<\/u>: Right click on Authorization option and then go to Detail menu. You will find one parameter window.
