Therefore if a particular work day is unchecked in the <strong><u>Customer \u2013 Ship to tab<\/u><\/strong> then the <strong>Delivery date<\/strong> cannot be chosen on the unchecked work days. However working day\u2019s logic does not affect the <strong>Shipment date.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Navigate<\/u><\/strong>: All -&gt; Common data -&gt; BPs -&gt; Customer -&gt; Ship-to customer tab<\/p>\n<p>Select the customer working days in the Work days section as shown in screenshot below. You can also define an unavailable period for a customer. For e.g. Christmas holidays.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Restrict-deliveries-in-Sage-X3.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-full wp-image-9407 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/sagex3\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Restrict-deliveries-in-Sage-X3.png\" alt=\"Restrict deliveries in Sage X3\" width=\"768\" height=\"702\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Navigate<\/u><\/strong>: Sales -&gt; Deliveries -&gt; Deliveries<\/p>\n<p>In the Delivery screen,<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Delivery date<\/strong> by default gets updated to the next available date as per the work days setting of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>E.g. As shown in below screenshot if the Delivery has the <strong>Shipment Date <\/strong>= 02\/09\/16 &amp; lead time, <strong>Delivery LT <\/strong>= 1.<\/p>\n<p>The expected <strong>Delivery date <\/strong>should be 03\/09\/16.
