You may come across a scenario where you want to do the journal validation in bulk. Sage X3 has feature where you can Finalize or validate the journal entries in bulk.<\/p>\n

Navigate To<\/strong>: Financial>Current processing>Final validation<\/em><\/strong> (Refer the below screenshot)<\/p>\n

In this process you can select the different criteria.<\/p>\n

This function changes the journal status from \u201cTemporary to final\u201d in mass and we cannot modify the journal.<\/p>\n
