To access a report we need to add the report in respective screen from where we can print it.<\/p>\n

Following are the steps to achieve the same:-<\/p>\n

1) \u00a0Create new report dictionary.<\/p>\n

\u2192After creation of a report, create the report dictionary.<\/p>\n

Navigate to: Development – Script dictionary – Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enter all the details, make sure the name of your report is written in the column report name.<\/p>\n

\u2192 After the entry of all the mandatory fields click on create.<\/p>\n

\"List<\/a><\/p>\n

2)\u00a0\u00a0 Add default values you want for the parameters.<\/p>\n

Navigate to: Parameters \u2013 Destination -Default values<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192 Add the parameter(s) which you want and add the First and Last default values accordingly.<\/p>\n

\u2192 With the help of default values you can give the range for a particular parameter.<\/p>\n

3) \u00a0Add report in print code.<\/p>\n

\u2192 Go to the print code to add the report on the respective transaction.<\/p>\n

Navigate: Parameters \u2013 Destination \u2013 Print code<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192 Here internal code vary as per your choice of report selection mode.<\/p>\n

\u2192 To add the report in the RECORD or LIST option on the screen,<\/p>\n

Navigate to:<\/strong> Development – Script dictionary – Object <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2192 To fetch the internal code column value, go to the object screen of the module where you want to add the report, here the Print out name will be used on internal code if you want to add report on RECORD or use list name to add on the LIST.<\/p>\n

\u00a04) \u00a0Keep the print type \u201creports” and the print code should be the name of your report name.<\/p>\n
