Follow the steps below to set up this feature in your Salesforce Org securely and efficiently:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Open the GUMU™ Integration<\/strong> app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Go to the Account<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Scroll to the ERP Addresses and Fields<\/strong> section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If the Customer Statistics<\/strong> section isn\u2019t visible:\n

- Navigate to Setup<\/strong> \u2192 Edit Page<\/strong> to customize the layout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Click on the Customer Statistics<\/strong> tab to view real-time metrics pulled from Sage 100, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- YTD Sales<\/strong> (Year to Date): Total sales for the current fiscal year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- LYTD Sales<\/strong> (Last Year to Date): Total sales for the previous fiscal year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- LLYTD Sales<\/strong> (Last to Last Year): Sales from the fiscal year before the last.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- % Change (YTD vs LYTD)<\/strong>:
(YTD \/ LYTD) - 1<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n- % Change (LYTD vs LLYTD)<\/strong>:
(LYTD \/ LLYTD) - 1<\/code><\/li>\n\n\n\n- Last Invoice Date<\/strong>: Most recent invoice date from Sage 100.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Last Sales Order Date<\/strong>: Most recent sales order date from Sage 100.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Days Since Last Order<\/strong>: Number of days since the most recent order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- These real-time insights are calculated using ERP data retrieved via GUMU™, helping you track customer activity trends and identify potential revenue opportunities directly within Salesforce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
By following the above blog instructions, the user can view real-time data in the Customer Statistics section, enabling quicker insights and more informed decision-making directly within the Salesforce interface. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
