Recently, we upgraded Eclipse to the \u201cLuna\u201d version and found that whenever we make any change to class and save it, file is getting saved in local system and not to the server. We had to \u201cSave to Server\u201d manually every time we made changes in the code. This was earlier getting compiled automatically at server before upgrading Eclipse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">This happened because eclipse was rolled to the default settings and was not allowing to save the code to Salesforce server automatically until we manually use Force.com &gt; Save to server.<span style=\"color: #222222;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Save-your-changes-to-the-server-from-Force-1.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1202 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Save-your-changes-to-the-server-from-Force-1.png\" alt=\"Save your changes to the server from Force 1\" width=\"561\" height=\"148\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">To enable this feature, one has to check below settings &#8211;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Check the &#8220;Build Automatically&#8221; option and whenever you save the file locally Eclipse will try and save it to the server. To enable this follow below steps &#8211;<br \/>\nGo to Project menu &gt; Select \u201cBuild Automatically\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Save-your-changes-to-the-server-from-Force-2.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1203 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/Save-your-changes-to-the-server-from-Force-2.png\" alt=\"Save your changes to the server from Force 2\" width=\"265\" height=\"276\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>The second setting you need to check is whether the Force.com project is working in online mode.
