This can be done if the user no longer wants to keep the relation between two Accounts\/Customers or wants to break all transaction which works real-time. After unlinking, user will not be able to access real-time ERP data or create Sales order or carry out any other transaction.<\/p>\n<p>To Unlink, please follow the below steps &#8211;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Unlink-Customer.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1704 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Unlink-Customer.png\" alt=\"Unlink Customer\" width=\"665\" height=\"264\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Login to your Salesforce Org.<\/li>\n<li>Go to\u00a0Administration\u00a0Tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Unlink Customer Tab to open the\u00a0Unlink Customer Page.<\/li>\n<li>Select Integration from the Finder as shown in screen.<\/li>\n<li>The user can filter Account name to get filtered accounts.
