This blog post is regarding one of the key features of our integration application where you can link existing Salesforce Accounts with Sage ERP X3 Customers.\u00a0Once accounts get linked, the user can see real time information of that particular linked ERP customer in Salesforce. Also, user can create Sales order for that linked account and promote into Sage ERP X3.<\/p>\n

Follow the below steps to link Salesforce Account with ERP Customer –\"Link<\/a><\/p>\n

  1. Login to Salesforce.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to Administration Tab.<\/li>\n
  3. Click on the Link Customer Tab to open Link Customer Page.<\/li>\n
  4. Select Integration from the Finder as shown in screen.<\/li>\n
  5. Select Link Matching Criteria from the list (i.e. Customer Name).<\/li>\n
  6. Click on \u201cGet List\u201d button to get the Accounts\/Customer list as shown in above screen.<\/li>\n
  7. The User can also provide criteria like \u201cFrom Customer\u201d and \u201cTo Customer\u201d to get only the provided range of Accounts.<\/li>\n
  8. There are two options to find out the matching customers of Sage ERP X3.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Auto Map<\/strong>: – Using Auto Map button, it will search the customers of ERP based on matching criteria (i.e. Customer Name) and once exact match is found with account name then the associated ERP customer is automatically populated (refer above screen).
    \nFinder<\/strong>: – The user can also search matching ERP customers by using Finder icon of \u201cERP Customer\u201d column.<\/p>\n

    1. Use \u201cLink\u201d button to link Salesforce Account with selected ERP customers.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      In this way the user can link Salesforce Accounts with ERP Customers.<\/p>\n
