Once GUMU&#x2122; for Salesforce \u2013 Sage X3 integration is installed, the next step is to Configure the Salesforce-Sage X3 integration so that GUMU&#x2122; can connect to Sage X3 ERP and the two systems can start talking to each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following are the steps to create a new configuration in salesforce using GUMU&#x2122;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to Salesforce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to &#8220;<strong>GUMU Settings&#8221;<\/strong> app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on &#8220;<strong>Configuration&#8221;<\/strong> module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/App-Settings-Configuration1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/App-Settings-Configuration1.jpg\" alt=\"App Settings Configuration\" class=\"wp-image-1890\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A list of existing configurations will appear on the screen if configurations have already been created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To create a new Integration, Click on the &#8220;<strong>New Integration&#8221;<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the details as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Configuration-Screen-Editing.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.greytrix.com\/blogs\/salesforce\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Configuration-Screen-Editing.jpg\" alt=\"Configuration Screen Editing\" class=\"wp-image-1889\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ERP System:<\/strong> Name of the Sage ERP. Please select \u201cSageERPX3\u201d to connect to Sage ERP X3 system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Web Service URL:<\/strong> The Sage X3 web service URL to connect the Sage ERP system in below format. For e.g.: http:\/\/&lt;your SageX3 server name&gt;:28880\/adxwsvc\/services\/CAdxWebServiceXmlCC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Name:<\/strong> Enter a name that best describes your integration. The name for Integration should be unique e.g. SageX3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Synchronization:<\/strong> Select the direction to Synchronize data. It can be one way from Sage ERP to Salesforce, Salesforce to ERP or it can be bi-directional as per your business requirement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default:<\/strong> If this check-box is checked, the Integration being created is treated as default among all the integrations created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inactive:<\/strong> This defines if the integration is active or not. If checked, the Integration is rendered inactive and the jobs\/actions linked to this integration will not be performed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pool Name:<\/strong> Enter Sage X3 ERP Web service pool name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Username:<\/strong> Enter User ID of the Sage X3 web service pool to which connection needs to be created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Password:<\/strong> Enter the password of the above user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>X3 Folder Name:<\/strong> Enter the Sage ERP folder name which is required to be integrated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong> Enter the \u201cENG\u201d as a value which is a default value.
