One of the key features of Sage X3 integration with Salesforce is promoting customers from the CRM to the ERP end. Greytrix GUMU™ integration for Salesforce with Sage X3<\/a> allows users to get that account into Sage X3 by the click of a button.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> <\/em>It is mandatory to synchronize some required entities such as AR Division, Terms code, Ship Method and Tax schedule before promoting a customer to the Sage X3.<\/p>\n

– > Click on GUMU™ Integration<\/strong> app.<\/p>\n

– > Click on Accounts<\/strong> tab. A list of all Accounts in the Salesforce Organization is displayed.<\/p>\n

– > Open an Account which is not linked with any Sage X3 Customer. The Account detail screen appears as below along with a Promote Customer<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

– > Click on Promote Customer<\/strong> button. The screen navigates to a page for entering details required for promoting a Customer.<\/p>\n

– > Fill the required details-<\/p>\n

Integration-<\/strong> Specify the configured Integration name

\nCurrency-<\/strong> Specify the Currency
\nLanguage-<\/strong> Specify the Language
\nPayment Terms-<\/strong> Specify the Payment Terms
\nTax rule-<\/strong> Specify the Tax rule
\nSales Person-<\/strong> Specify the Sales Person
\nCustomer No-<\/strong> Specify the non-existing Customer No.<\/p>\n

– > Click on Promote<\/strong> button. The corresponding Account gets promoted to Sage X3 and can be viewed in the ERP system.<\/p>\n

To verify if an Account is promoted, click on the Customer No link below and it will display the real time details of a Customer.<\/p>\n
