Using GUMU™ user can promote Quote from Salesforce to Sage ERP. Here, in this blog we will discuss how to promote Quote from Salesforce to Sage ERP X3.<\/p>\n

Please follow the below steps on how to create Quote in Salesforce using GUMU™ SAGE X3 ERP.
\n-> Login to Salesforce.
\n-> Go to App menu and select \u201cGUMU Integration\u201d App.
\n-> Click on \u201cQuotes\u201d tab. From here you can view all Quotes that are created and\/or promoted.
\n-> For promoting a Quote click on the Opportunity for which the Quote has to be created. In the Opportunity’s related list click on \u201cNew Quote\u201d button.<\/p>\n

Once the user selects or creates the Opportunity and clicks on \u201cNew Quote\u201d a quote page will open from where you will be able to create and promote Quote from Salesforce to Sage X3.<\/p>\n

Please note that while adding Quote Line Items to Quote in Salesforce we are populating pricing for products that are selected for Quote based on real time basis. We will discuss the real time pricing in our future blog.<\/p>\n

Once the Quote Line Items are added and other information is entered you can either click on \u201cSave\u201d to save the Quote in Salesforce only and promote that Quote in future or if you want to want Promote the Quote then you can simply click on \u201cSave & Promote\u201d and the Quote will be promoted to ERP. Once the Quote is promoted to Sage X3 its quote number will be populated for that respective quote in Salesforce.<\/p>\n
