In our previous blog, we had seen how to Promote Shipping Address from Salesforce to Sage X3<\/a> using GUMU™ Integration<\/a>. Now, we will see how to promote multiple Billing Addresses from Salesforce to Sage X3.<\/p>\n

Pre-requisite-<\/strong> An Account in Salesforce should already be linked with the Sage X3 Customer. Now for promoting a new Billing Address,
\n– > Open a linked Account in Salesforce.
\n– > Go to its related list of Addresses. You will see an already an already existing list of Addresses.<\/p>\n

Click on New Address button<\/p><\/div>\n

– > Click on new Address button you will be redirected to a new page.
\n– > Fill in the necessary details such as Address Code, State, City and so on.<\/p>\n

Fill in details for Promoting Address<\/p><\/div>\n

– > In the dropdown for Shipping select \u201cNo\u201d and if you want this Address to be your default Address then select \u201cYes\u201d for Is Default Address drop-down.
\n– > Then if you don’t want to push this Address from Salesforce to ERP and you only want this Address to be stored in Salesforce then click on \u201cSave\u201d.
\n– > If you want to promote this Address then click on \u201cSave & Promote\u201d.<\/p>\n

Address gets promoted in ERP<\/p><\/div>\n

The Address will be promoted by Salesforce and will be displayed in \u201cAddresses\u201d screen of your ERP.<\/p>\n

If you wish to update an already present Billing Address then simply edit the Address and click on \u201cSave & Promote\u201d and the Address will be updated in your ERP. This way, All<\/strong> the Address information entered in Salesforce is thus passed to Sage X3 for the corresponding Customer.<\/p>\n
