Using GUMU™ user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa. Here in this blog, we will discuss how to bring data in bulk from Sage 100 to Salesforce using last sync field and last sync value.<\/p>\n

Please follow the below steps
\n-> Login to Salesforce.
\n-> Go to App menu and select \u201cGUMU Settings\u201d<\/strong> App from the APP list. Below page will be displayed,<\/p>\n

-> Click on \u201cImport Data\u201d<\/strong> menu to view the entity list page.
\n-> “Edit”<\/strong> Existing Entity.
\n-> Click on “Refresh Fields”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

-> Select the “Last Sync field”<\/strong> value from drop down,which shows all the fields of sage 100 related to that API name.
\n-> Enter the “Last Sync Value”<\/strong> as shown in Below image.<\/p>\n

-> Click on “save”<\/strong>
\n-> As shown in above image Last Sync field is ‘DateUpdated’ and Last Sync Value is ‘20170101’ while import routine is run the records which have DateUpdated value 20170101 and greater than that records is being imported in Salesforce.
\n-> If user want to import only 2017 and above data so user can select the field in Last Sync Field and enter the value in Last Sync Value.<\/p>\n
