Using GUMU™ user can sync data between Salesforce to Sage ERP and vice versa. Here in this blog, we will discuss how to bring data in bulk from Sage X3 to Salesforce using the last sync field and last sync value.
\nPlease follow the below steps<\/p>\n

-> Login to Salesforce.
\n-> Go to App menu and select “GUMU Settings”<\/strong> App from the APP list. Below page will be displayed.<\/p>\n

-> Click on “Import Data”<\/strong> menu to view the entity list page.
\n-> “Edit”<\/strong> Existing Entity.
\n-> Click on “Refresh Fields”<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Entity Sync Mapping Last Sync Field<\/p><\/div>\n

-> Select the “Last Sync field”<\/strong> value from the drop-down, which shows all the fields of Sage X3 related to that API name.
\n-> Enter the “Last Sync Value”<\/strong> as shown in below image.<\/p>\n

-> Click on “Save”<\/strong>
\n-> As shown in above image Last Sync field is ‘DateUpdated’ and Last Sync Value is ‘20170101’, so while import routine runs the records which have DateUpdated value and is greater than 20170101 those records will be imported in Salesforce.
\n-> If user want to import only 2017 and above data, so a user can select the field in Last Sync Field and enter the value in Last Sync Value.<\/p>\n
