Using GUMU™ user can promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage ERP. Here, in this blog, we will discuss how to promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage X3 ERP.<\/p>\n

Please Note: -To View\/Promote Sales Orders from Salesforce to Sage X3, it\u2019s very important that the user should have access to “Promote Sales Order”<\/strong> feature. It can be done from GUMU setting -> Security Matrix<\/strong> page. Here Admin<\/strong> can decide whether to allow\/deny Salesforce user from particular integration functionality or not.<\/p>\n

Please follow the below steps on how to create Sales Order in Salesforce using GUMU™ SAGE X3 ERP logic and data.
\n-> Login to Salesforce.
\n-> Go to App menu and select \u201cGUMU Integration\u201d App.
\n-> Click on \u201cSales Order\u201d tab. From here you can view promoted Sales order OR can create and promote Sales order to the Salesforce to Sage ERP.<\/p>\n

-> Select desire integration as shown in below image<\/p>\n

-> Once the user selects the desired integration and clicks on \u201cNew Sales Order\u201d a page will open from where you can add details and promote Sales Order to Sage X3.<\/p>\n

Please note that while adding products to the Sales Order in Salesforce we are populating pricing for selected product on a real-time basis from Sage X3. We will discuss more about the real-time pricing in the integration in our future blogs.<\/p>\n
